    This year we will be offering Vendors to set up Friday morning and tear down on Saturday afternoon See costs for booths below.  :)   
     
    Hotel:
    Reserve the rooms needed with your Vendor Registration and save approximately $60 per night. You can choose how many nights, which nights, and pay for it all in one spot. You can reserve your hotel room yourself, but you will have to pay taxes and resort fees.

    Event Days and Hours:

    The Expo is a three-day event February 17-19, 2023.

    We will be offering you to have a booth on Friday and Saturday to visit with our volunteers.   A Single booth for both days is $1000, a Double for both Days is $1250. If you wish to only attend  on Saturday the cost of a single booth is $500 and a Double booth for Saturday is $750. Please choose the box that will correspond to what you are needing for your company.  

    Shipping and Packages:

    Packages can be shipped directly to the Resort.

    Packages should not be delivered to the Resort more than 3 business days prior to the event. All packages, boxes and/or materials received by the hotel will be assessed a handling fee, per item, that will be billed to your individual room upon receipt. The first Three boxes are Complementary. Additional boxes will be as follows

    $50.00 per Crate or pallet

    Small shipping Items for the goodie bags and raffles maybe shipped to the home of Tracie McCormick and must be received no later than February 15th, 2023.

    Booth Cost

    One 8' x 8' exhibit area. (Sizes may vary depending on venue.) Includes a draped table, two chairs, wastebasket and up to Two name badges with a Single Booth for Friday and Saturday only $1000 and four Name badges with a double booth for Friday and Saturday only $1250. OR Two-name badges with a Single Booth for Saturday only $500 and four Name badges with a double booth for Saturday only $750. All Vendors will be allowed to come Socialize with the volunteers at Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday in the Aruba Ballroom.
    FREE promotional item opportunity in attendee goodie bag. Vendors that add a promotional item to the attendee goodie bag also receive the opportunity for a FREE flyer, catalog or card in each goodie bag. Otherwise, there is a $100 charge to include an information item.
    Raffle prize opportunity. Only exhibitors, partners and sponsors may contribute prizes to the popular meeting raffle.
    Become a Passport Stop. Each booth Registration includes the Passport Stop, and make sure you see every attendee!

    All vendors will be in Lobby hallways, Vendors will be allowed to come socialize with the volunteers at Breakfast and at Lunch in Aruba Ballroom at the end of the vendor hallway. The vendor hall will be monitored by security for Friday night and the Lunch on Saturday so that the vendors enjoy lunch with us volunteers. Should you require electrical outlets you must request them by January 5, 2023
